2021-2022 浙江高考英语应用文— 说明 、 介绍信 说明、介绍类信件也是浙江高考中常见的应用文作文常见考查类型。这类作文主要是根据题意，对询问的问题或新事物做出介绍或说明。遇到这类信件，需要注意的点有：
1.文章主要为三段式； 2.每段的具体内容、细节； 3.注意用词恰当，避免重复。
我们具体来看例题：
（湖州、衢州、丽水三地市教学质量测试）
假如你是李华，英国姐妹学校的 Wendy 同学来信，表示到访期间想参加你校的升国旗仪式（flag-raising ceremony ），并询问相关信息。请你回信，内容包括：
1. 表示欢迎； ；
2. 仪式的时间、地点； 3. 仪式的意义。
注意：
1. 词数 80 左右； 2. 可适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。
讲解：
拿到这样的题，首先仔细审题，确定信件的定位。此信件属于询问，回信需要将所提出的问题进行回答。题中内容包括三点，但是我们所写的三段内容并非一一对应与题中的三点。第一段：需要简单对题目中的内容进行说明，并表达对Wendy 的欢迎；第二段：主体部分，需要写全升旗仪式的举行时间及地点，并讲述其意义。还需要拓展一些细节内容、细节描写；第三段：对 Wendy 表达期待。
第一段：开头部分，简单讲述，但要全面。所以可以用一个句子表达，为了让句子更高级，我们可以用到“非谓语动词”、“从句”。如：Having heard that you are coming to visit our school, I am writing to extend my warm welcome to you. 第二段：文章 Body 部分，内容、细节都需要全面。仪式的时间、地点用一句话写明，再加上仪式细节，最后突出仪式的意义。
1）时间、地点可用一句话描写：Every Monday morning, all the students and teachers will gather on the playground to hold the flag-raising ceremony.
2）细节补充：为了让“仪式”更丰富，需要将细节进行详细说明、补充。我们可以适当加入升旗仪式中的典型事件“升旗”、“唱国歌”、“行注目礼”等。
As the national song is being played on the radio, everyone sings along and stare at the red flag rising up to the sky.（as 作连词，连接两个简单句）
亦可写成：With the national song playing on the radio, everyone sings along, staring at the red flag rising up to the sky.（with 带介词短语，staring 作非谓语动词）
3）升旗仪式的意义：主要写明意义，包括牢记历史、保护祖国、牢记英雄等。
The flag-raising ceremony is one of the most important parts of the weekly activities, which reminds us of the heroes who scarified themselves for the New China. Besides, not only does it inspire us always to keep forward, but also warns us to protect our dearest motherland. （句子中的“important”也可以用 essential、significant、vital、principal 等词替换。亮点：第一个句子用到了非限制性定语从句；第二个句子用到了倒装）
第三段：结尾段，主要表达对 Wendy 的期盼。简单用一句话概括即可，如：I am looking forward to your arrival. 我们也可以用一个词汇“anticipate”来表示“期盼”。I am anticipating your arrival. 参考范文(96 词)：
Dear Wendy, Having heard that you are coming to visit our school, I am writing to extend my warm welcome to you.
