针对近年英语试题稳中求新、求变、求活,试题的覆盖面广,注重对学生基础语言运用能力的考查的特点。所以,有针对性训练学生完形填空解题技巧的能力 ,达到事半功倍的效果,是我一直在探索的问题。下面是我近几年在教学中尝试的一点做法:
教会学生在做完形填空方面的答题技巧,提高学生答题的准确性。解答完形填空需要掌握一定的方法和技巧,有效答题是提高阅读能力和水平的关键。结合近几年的中考完形填空,略谈一下我的做法。

第二步:微观处理
本文要注意动词的辨析,形容词、名词、形容词性物主代词和不定代词的用法,将其意思代入原文推理判断。
1.A 由该句的前半句的句意“许多广播电视台用热线来吸引更多的”参与者其对象应该是listener(听众)。
2.D be interested in 是固定短语,意为“对……感兴趣”。
3.C 由后句句意“他们没有任何新观点”知前句表达“他们对相关话题几乎一无所知”,表否定用little。

第三步:细心检查,注意上下文的衔接
在这样的多次训练下,学生对完形填空有了感性认识,掌握了做题技巧,即使有时遇到一些刁难的句子,通过筛选法,也能“投机”性的命中答案。
此外,我认为解答完形填空的另一个有效方法是直接分析词汇法:就是观察所给单词的信息,看题目时,不急于去完成它,首先去分析题目的意思,看清题目的要求,按要求分析所给词的词性。
学习习惯是养成的,只要教师的训练得当,在日积月累学习中,相信完形填空和英语写作就不再是学生前进的拦路虎。当然,教学方法是根据自己在不断的教学实践中总结而成的,目的是让学生在英语学习中达到举一反三的作用。
