不同年龄段高血压患者治疗效能感及不良生活习惯认知情况比较
【摘要】 目的：观察与比较不同年龄段高血压患者治疗效能感及不良生活习惯的认知情况。方法：选取2015年10月-2016年12月的260例高血压患者为研究对象，将其根据年龄段分为A组（<45岁组）52例、B组（45～55岁组）52例、C组（56～65岁组）、D组（66～75岁组）52例及E组（>75岁组）52例，然后将五组患者的GSES量表、不良生活习惯认知度量表及相关行为控制情况进行评估与比较。结果：A组的GSES量表、不良生活习惯认知度量表及相关行为控制情况均差于B组、C组、D组及E组，B组则差于C组、D组及E组，C组则差于D组及E组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），而D组及E组之间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：不同年龄段高血压患者治疗效能感及不良生活习惯认知情况存在明显差异，且年龄较高者的状态相对更好，因此应根据年龄段的特点给予针对性干预。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and compare the therapeutic efficacy and awareness situation for unhealthy living habits of patients with hypertension at different ages.Method：From October 2015 to December 2016，260 patients with hypertension were selected as the study object，and they were divided into group A（<45 years old group） 52 cases，group B （45 to 55 years old group） 52 cases，group C（56 to 65 years old group） 52 cases，group D（66 to 75 years old group） 52 cases and group E（>75 years old group） 52 cases，then the GSES scale，awareness for unhealthy living habits scale and related behavior control situation of five groups were respectively evaluated and compared.Result：The GSES scale，awareness for unhealthy living habits scale and related behavior control situation of group A were all worse than those of group B，group C，group D and group E，the results of group B were all worse than those of group C，group D and group E，the results of group C were all worse than those of group D and group E，the differences were significant（P<0.05），while the differences of group D and group E were all not significant（P>0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic efficacy and awareness situation for unhealthy living habits of patients with hypertension at different ages show obvious differences，and the state of patients with higher ages are relatively better，so they shall be paid to targeted intervention according to the characteristics of ages.

高血壓是临床常见的慢性病，且是导致患者多类心脑血管疾病的重要因素，较多高血压患者因长期慢性等特点，因此对于治疗信心可产生明显的不良影响，因此患者的治疗懈怠感明显增强[1-2]，表现出治疗效能感相对低下的状态，而这对患者的治疗效果可产生极为不良的影响；另外，高血压的血压波动受生活中较多习惯的影响较大，因此患者对不良生活习惯的认知度是急需提升的方面[3]。本文中笔者就不同年龄段高血压患者治疗效能感及不良生活习惯的认知情况进行观察与比较，比较结果总结如下。
