右美托咪定辅舒芬太尼用于全麻患者的术后镇痛
【摘要】 目的：探讨和分析右美托咪定辅舒芬太尼用于全麻患者的术后镇痛效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院280例全麻患者作为本次研究对象，按照麻醉方式的不同将其分成对照组和治疗组，每组140例，对照组患者采用生理盐水联合舒芬太尼进行麻醉，治疗组采用右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼进行麻醉，比较两组患者术后8、24、48 h内的镇痛效果评分、血流动力学指标及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗组患者术后8 h的镇痛评分明显低于对照组，治疗组患者术后的血流动力学指标（心率、平均动脉压、呼吸频率、脉搏氧饱和度等）稳定性高于对照组，治疗组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对行全麻手术患者采用右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼进行麻醉，不仅能有效缓解患者手术的疼痛感，同时还能使患者机体的血流动力学指标维持在正常水平，麻醉效果安全可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and analyze the postoperative analgesic effect of dexmedetomidine and Sufentanil in general anesthesia patients.Method：280 patients with general anesthesia were selected as the subjects.According to the different methods of anesthesia，they were divided into the control group and the treatment group.There were 140 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Physiological Saline combined with Sufentanil for anesthesia and treatment.The treatment group were treated by Dexmedetomidine combined with Sufentanil.The analgesic effect score after 8 h，24 h
and 48 h，hemodynamics index after 8 h and 48 h and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups postoperatively.Result：The analgesic score of the treatment group after 8 h was significantly lower than that of the control group.The hemodynamic parameters（heart rate，blood pressure，respiratory rate，pulse oxygen saturation，etc.） were more steady in the treatment group than in the control group（P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of Dexmedetomidine and Sufentanil in the patients undergoing general anesthesia can not only relieve the pain of the patients’ operation，but also keep the hemodynamics of the patients in the normal level.The effect is safe and reliable.

患者在行手术治疗期间，手术的疼痛不仅会影响其对手术治疗的配合度，同时还會导致患者机体出现疼痛应激反应，并引发一系列的并发症发生[1]。为缓解患者手术治疗的痛苦，临床现多采用局部麻醉和全麻的方式辅助手术治疗，麻醉药物虽能有效缓解患者机体的疼痛，但其使用不当或过量也会对患者机体产生较大的毒副作用，为此选择麻醉药物时需慎重[2-4]。右美托咪定和舒芬太尼是临床常用的麻醉药物，两种药剂均具有良好的镇痛和镇静效果，本文主要探究了右美托咪定辅舒芬太尼用于全麻患者的术后镇痛效果，现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取笔者所在医院2016年3月-2017年3月收治的280例行全麻手术治疗的患者作为本次研究对象，患者均无相关禁忌，在手术前患者均签署知情同意书。按照麻醉方式的不同将其分成对照组和治疗组，每组140例，对照组中男74例，女66例，患者年龄36～69岁，平均（42.6±1.8）岁；对照组中男81例，女59例，患者年龄35～71岁，平为（43.5±1.7）岁，两组患者年龄、性别等比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
