太原理工大学硕士学位论文《国际投资争端解决中心年度报告》(2011．2014 财年) 翻译实践报告摘要本文是关于《国际投资争端解决中心年度报告》(20l 1-2014 财年)的翻译实践报告。国际投资争端解决中心(ICSID 或中心)于 1966 年成立，与 IBRD、IFC、IDA 和MIGA 共同组成世界银行集团。ICSID 依据《ICSID 公约》规定为各缔约国和其他缔约国的国民之间的投资争端提供调解和仲裁的便利。随着 1CSID 案件审理数量的增多，其在国际社会中的声誉日渐明显，进而引起了越来越多的国际组织、国际仲裁机构以及个 人的关注。本次翻译项目将为中国仲裁机构及个人提供借鉴意义。本实践报告分为六部分，第一部分是项目介绍，主要包括项目背景、意义、目标及 报告结构。笔者分别从市场需求、ICSID 模范作用以及合作趋势对项目背景进行了全面 分析。同时从信息披露、双赢机遇、学术影响、译者自身能力提升等四方面详尽阐述本 次翻译项目意义。第二部分笔者就年度报告定义及翻译现状作出相关文献综述。第三部 分笔者通过举例法分析原文文本特点并根据具体实践提出翻译难点及翻译原则。第四部 分笔者根据 ICSID 机构特点将原文本定义为法律语境下的商务语篇，并通过语域理论从 语场、语旨、语式三方面进行原文本分析，提出实现概念功能、交际功能以及语篇功能 对等的翻译目标。第五部分笔者从词汇、句法和篇章衔接三个方面展开分析，通过具体 案例分析提出相关策略。词汇层面笔者主要采用直译、增词、词义选择、转换以及异化 加注等策略以求准确传递原文本概念意义，实现概念功能对等。句法层面，为了实现交 际功能对等，笔者针对文章中出现的长难句以及特定语言现象，提出了句式重组、增译、 正说反译以及归化等策略。最后，语篇功能方面笔者根据 Halliday 的语篇衔接理论，从词汇衔接和语法衔接方面入手，着重介绍了搭配、重复、指代及连接四个策略。第六部 分笔者分别从文本分析、翻译策略以及创新性翻译三个层面对此次翻译项目进行了总结， 并就翻译过程以及译者要求两方面提出建议，最后笔者指出本次翻译的局限性以及日后 仍需进一步解决的问题。万方数据
