International pressure is increasing on both Iran and Syria for additional sanctions and multilateral action against certain types of transactions.

When shipping commodities, information and/or technology, which are not allowed to be exported freely to Iran or Syria, an appropriate license is required or a statement from the Customer that No License is Required (NLR).
当寄运受限制的物品、信息和（或者）技术去到伊朗或者叙利亚，就需要出具一份相关的许可证 或者由发件人提供的“免许可证”声明。
Customers who export shipments to Iran and Syria that do not require a license need to sign below customer statement confirming that No License is Required. As part of TNT’s Export Control compliance, TNT requires the below NLR Statement to be completed and signed before accepting your goods for transportation to Iran and/or Syria.
