（1）This Agreement made and entered into by and between ABC Co. and XYZ Co.

（3）This Contract is made out in two originals, each copy written in Chinese and English
languages, both texts being equally valid. In case of any divergence of interpretation, the Chinese text shall prevail.

（4）This Contract shall come into force after the signatures by the authorized representatives of both parties.

（5）This Contract shall be written in English in four copies. Each party shall keep two copies. 译文：本合同应以英文写成，一式四份，双方各持两份。
(1)每份合同都可以划分成约首、本文和约尾三个部分并且必须按照这个顺序排列，各部分所包含的要件一般都比较固定、不可或缺，否则就无法成为受法律保护的正式合同。
(2)此外，合同的各个要件多以条款的方式按照从一般到特殊的逻辑顺序排列，每个特定项
目都处在一个结构严密完整的框架之中。
